How To Select Embedded Parts For Different Scenarios

Building Engineering Scenarios

High-rise steel structures, large stadium trusses: Prioritize anchor plate/9-shaped products with 8.8 strength. Anchor plate thickness ≥ 0.6 times the anchor bar diameter to ensure high load-bearing capacity.

Curtain wall decoration projects: Use Q235 grade steel for anchor plates and HRB335/HRB400 grade hot-rolled steel bars for anchor bars. Cold-worked steel bars are strictly prohibited. Dimensional accuracy must meet standards, and anti-corrosion treatment should be applied after welding.

Special scenarios (seawater swimming pools/hot spring pools): Select 316 stainless steel embedded parts for seawater swimming pools; select ABS+UV plastic embedded parts for hot spring pools to ensure acid and alkali resistance and corrosion resistance.

Mechanical Equipment Installation Scenarios

Wind turbine towers, chemical reactors: High strength and corrosion resistance are required simultaneously. Prioritize products with the corresponding strength grade and hot-dip galvanized anti-corrosion treatment. Focus on fatigue resistance and adaptability to long-term vibration environments. Conventional Equipment Foundations: Prioritize pre-embedded steel plates and anchor bolt kits with high positioning accuracy and levelness to ensure long-term stability after equipment installation.

Transportation Infrastructure Scenarios:
Bridge Bearings and Rail Transit Track Beams: These must be adaptable to long-term dynamic loads. Prioritize high-strength products paired with high-strength nuts, focusing on fatigue performance and seismic design, and ensuring compliance with corrosion resistance standards.

Heavy Engineering Bridges and Tunnels: Select large-size, high-strength components to meet the tensile and shear resistance requirements for heavy loads.
