Maintenance points:
Regularly inspect (once a year) the surface anti-corrosion layer of the embedded part for damage and exposed anchor bars for rust. Increase the inspection frequency in humid environments.
Remove rust from rusted areas and apply epoxy zinc-rich primer + topcoat with a thickness ≥150μm.
Inspect welds for cracks. If cracks are found, grind them down and repair by welding, then smooth with an angle grinder.
When embedded parts are subjected to dynamic loads (such as equipment vibration), check for loose connecting bolts and replace them with high-strength bolts if necessary.
For embedded parts exposed outdoors, pay special attention to checking for aging of the sealant to prevent rainwater from seeping into the rusted internal structure. Record the inspection results after maintenance.
For embedded parts exceeding their design service life (generally 50 years), commission a third-party organization to test their load-bearing capacity.
